Job Description: PTTOW! is on the hunt for a passionate, communications savvy, early career professional who is passionate about shaping tomorrow’s culture, resourceful, and forward thinking. The PTTOW! / WORLDZ Programming Coordinator reports directly to the Senior Director of Programming. The position is responsible for research, outreach, tracking and on-site execution of programming elements (Think Tanks, Town Halls, Master Courses) within the PTTOW! & WORLDZ event ecosystem. The ideal candidate for the role will be a high-functioning multi-tasker with an interest in the passion industries (music, film & television, technology, art, food, live performance) and a deep desire to learn. The role gets exposure to a myriad of different industries and plays an integral role to the success of the organization at large.


Role and Responsibilities:

 Drafting of initial communications

 Consistent follow-up and tracking of projects / speakers [Heavy volume] 

 Copywriting for event program, website and other collaterals 

 Support on-site management and execution of all necessary elements (Assets & materials etc) 

 Timeline tracking

 Scheduling support for the Senior Director of Programming



 Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing preferred 

 Internship - 2 years of professional work experience

 Exceptional detail orientation 

 Strong writing skills 

 Thoughtful and thorough organization skills 

 Flexible and able to perform in a fast paced, startup- like and exciting environment 

 Enthusiastic, forward thinking, and true team player 

 Proficiency in Google suite [Gmail, Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets]
